I haven't personally tried this yet but the whole 'calculating when to take the pictures' seems like a good thing to plan ahead for. Here's a little summary of the guide:

1. Choose your subject - fruit rotting/ice melting,grass growing,sunsets,busy city

2. Figure everything out - the magic formula

3. Shoot your still photographs - pick a camera

4. Assemble all your photos together into a video - Photoshop / Imageready

5. Edit your video – add titles, music
