This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the tradition in which the teacher has trained.

ShamWow Guy Mugshot and Felony Battery [PIC]

A South Beach hotel room hooker got her taste of the food chopper. Afterwards, she propbably used one of them everlasting towels to tend to her wounds.

Vince Shlomi, better known as the ShamWowo guy, was arrested last month on a felony battery charge following a violent confrontation with a prostitute in his South Beach hotel room. Shlomi told cops he paid Harris about $1000 in cash after she "propositioned him for straight sex." Shlomi said that when he kissed Harris, she suddenly "bit his tongue and would not let go." Shlomi then punched Harris several times until she released his tongue.
