IE7 - move menu bar to the top

--OK, this what you should do:
Copy and paste the code below into Notepad and save as toolbar.reg Note: Make sure the Save as type: is All files

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser] "ITBar7Position"=dword:00000001

Then, execute the file to save the setting into the registry. DONE! your menu bar is now at the top.
