100 Million Pennies for Charity

Common Cents' 17th annual Penny Harvest collected roughly 100 million pennies - plus a few nickels, dimes and quarters that slipped in by mistake. They were displayed on Tuesday at the Rockefeller Center on Tuesday. The exhibit, 30 feet by 165 feet, is as long as a city block.
